Mediation invitation process (including three contact attempts per invitee (if required) and issuing Section 60I Certificate and/or Certificate of Dispute Resolution if applicable):
$440* (separate to intake and mediation fees)
*A further $110 is charged for each additional invitee
Pre-mediation assessment / intake (up to one hour):
$440 (per party and separate to invitation and mediation fees)
Half Day Mediation (only if the mediator has facilitated a mediation between the parties within the previous 12 months):
$2,200 (shared by parties)
Full Day Mediation – shared by parties:
$3,300 (shared by parties)
Child-Inclusive Mediation (CIM) (per day):
$4,400 (shared by parties)
Venue charges:

Preparation reading for up to two hours (in total):

Travel throughout South-East Qld and Northern NSW:
